1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive in the Netherlands, consumers can cancel their order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery. If this period ends on a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
2. How to Initiate a Return Request?
- You can log into our store, select the relevant order from the "My Orders" section, and click the "Request Return" button.
- Or you can send a brief explanation along with your customer number and order number to support@prenseshome.nl to submit your return request.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The standard return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, Prenses | Home will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Conditions for Returnable Products
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and complete with its original packaging, labels, and all accessories. Partial returns may be made or returns may be rejected if these conditions are not met.
5. Refund Process
- The product will be inspected within 14 days at the latest after the return shipment reaches us.
- If the inspection is positive, your refund will be made using the original payment method.
- In stores using Shopify Payments, the refund amount may be deducted from the next payment period; transaction fees are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Faulty Products
If you notice a manufacturing or shipping defect in the product, notify our support team within 7 days. For defective product returns, shipping costs will be covered by us and you can use the return label provided to you in advance.
