How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and shipping information. As soon as the product is shipped, a tracking number and a live tracking link for the carrier (e.g., PostNL, DPD) will be automatically sent to you via Shopify. You can use this link to track the current location of your shipment and the estimated delivery date in real time.

How to obtain my invoice document?

Your order confirmation email includes an invoice in PDF format. You can also download your invoices anytime from prenseshome.nl/myaccount > "My Orders" tab.

How does the return and exchange process work?

Return and exchange requests are entirely processed through Shopify's built-in return management system. After receiving your order: go to prenseshome.nl/accounts/orders and select the relevant order. Click the "Start Return/Exchange Request" button. Select the products and quantities you want to return or exchange, and if applicable, indicate your exchange preference (replace with a new one or return). When you confirm the form, Shopify will automatically send you an email containing a shipping label (free) and step-by-step return/exchange instructions. Pack the product in its original packaging, unused, and deliver it to the authorized courier along with the label. When the product reaches our store; for returns, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days; for exchanges, your new product will be shipped within the same period. The entire process can be tracked from Shopify's control panel, and you can monitor the steps live both through email notifications and your order history in your account.

Can I change the delivery address or order contents after placing the order?

Changing delivery address or content after placing an order: Before your order enters the shipping process; that is, within 1 hour from payment confirmation or while it is in the “Preparing” status, you can request changes through the following methods: Go to the prenseshome.nl/accounts/orders page via your account. Click the “Create Support Request” button for the relevant order. Select the option “I want to change the order address” or “I want to update the order content” and enter the new information. Support via email info@prenseshome.nl Send an email including your order number and the change you want to make (new delivery address or products you want to add/remove). Once your request is received, we will send you a confirmation and inform you of the next steps. Note: If the order has already entered the shipping stage, address or product content changes may not be possible. In this case, you can still contact our support team for alternative solutions (cancellation & reorder, shipment redirection, etc.).
